Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans may change, and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. To ensure a transparent and fair process, we have established the following cancellation policy for reservations at Hotel Apsara Mahabaleshwar:
No Refund for Cancellations Within 0-3 Days:
If a reservation is canceled between 0 to 3 days from the scheduled date of check-in, the advance amount paid at the time of booking will not be refunded.
This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
100% Refund for Cancellations 3 or More Days Prior to Check-in:
Guests are eligible for a full refund of the advance amount if they cancel their reservation 3 or more days before the scheduled date of check-in.
The refund will be processed promptly, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
Modification of Reservation:
Guests are encouraged to contact us as early as possible if there is a need to modify their reservation.
Modifications are subject to availability, and any changes to the reservation may result in a rate adjustment.
No-Shows:
In the event of a no-show (guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date), the full booking amount will be charged, and the reservation will be considered as canceled without any refund.
Refund Processing:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. The exact processing time may vary depending on the payment method used at the time of booking.
